Modele Sarafa-Yusuf Announces Ogun Governorship Bid for 2027

Modele Sarafa-Yusuf, a former journalist with the Nigerian Television Authority, has officially declared her candidacy for the governorship of Ogun State in the upcoming 2027 elections. In an open letter addressed to party leaders and stakeholders, she emphasized that her decision followed extensive reflection and consultations.

Sarafa-Yusuf, who previously contested for the governorship ticket in 2022 but did not secure the nomination, expressed her commitment to the party and the importance of maintaining unity.
