Titi Abubakar Urges Youth Support for Atiku in 2027

Titi Abubakar, the wife of Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), called on Nigerian youths to support her husband in the upcoming 2027 presidential election during a town hall meeting in Abuja. She claimed that if elected, Nigerians would demand a second term for Atiku after his first four years in office, despite his pledge to serve only one term.

Titi described Atiku as an experienced politician and philanthropist who would not need to learn governance responsibilities. She asserted that Atiku's presidency would focus on improving the lives of Nigerians rather than personal enrichment.

Titi emphasized the ADC's commitment to placing youths and women at the center of governance and urged young voters to protect their ballots against vote-buying. She acknowledged the ADC's limited financial resources compared to other politicians but encouraged youths not to sell their votes for temporary financial gains.

Titi also criticized the current political and economic situation in Nigeria, highlighting issues such as the weakened rule of law and economic struggles.
