Ganduje Confident of 2027 Success for Tinubu, Yusuf

Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the former governor of Kano State, confidently stated that the 2027 elections are assured for both himself and the current governor, Abba Yusuf. Ganduje made these remarks during an announcement at the House of Representatives, where eight lawmakers from Kano State officially defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP).

This political shift indicates a significant change in the state's political landscape, as it strengthens the NNPP's position against the APC. Abba Yusuf, a member of the National Assembly, is also expected to be re-elected, reinforcing Ganduje's assertion of their electoral success in 2027.
