Kwara APC Candidates Thank Traditional Rulers for Support

On Saturday, candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, led by governorship candidate and Speaker of the Kwara House of Assembly, Rt Hon Yakubu Danladi Salihu, began a statewide ‘thank you’ visit in the southern part of the state. The delegation, which included State Chairman Prince Sunday Fagbemi and various support groups, commenced their tour in Ekiti Local Government before proceeding to Oke-Ero Local Government Area.

They visited the palaces of traditional rulers, including Oba Saliu Abdulkareem Adasofegbe and Oba Samuel Niyi Dada. During the visit, Danladi expressed gratitude for the support received during the party primaries and urged the communities to continue their backing for APC candidates, from Presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the State House Assembly.

He emphasized the importance of sustaining the legacies of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in infrastructure and human capital development. Prince Fagbemi highlighted the development achievements in the region, including the KWASU Campus in Osi and improved road infrastructure.
