Sule Lamido's Son is PDP Candidate for Jigawa Governorship

Alhaji Mustafa Sule Lamido has been declared the governorship candidate for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Jigawa State for the upcoming 2027 elections. This announcement was made by Mr. Isa Ahm, who confirmed that Sule Lamido was the sole aspirant for the position.

His emergence as the candidate aligns with the party's constitutional guidelines for electors. In his acceptance speech, Sule Lamido expressed gratitude to the party leadership and reaffirmed his commitment to the development of Jigawa State.

He recalled that in 2023, the party had entrusted him with a similar responsibility, indicating a continuity of trust and leadership within the PDP.
