Grassroots Campaign for Tinubu and Radda Launched in Katsina

On Sunday, Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Muttaqha Rabe Darma, launched a grassroots mobilization campaign in Katsina State aimed at strengthening support for President Bola Tinubu and Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda in preparation for the 2027 general elections. The initiative, tagged "Tinubu Dikko Grassroot Mobilis," is designed to enhance the All Progressives Congress (APC) support base across communities in the state, encouraging broader participation in the democratic process.

The campaign will operate at the ward level and aims to directly engage communities, promoting unity within the APC. Darma emphasized that the mobilization drive is crucial for ensuring the continuation of policies beyond 2027.

Additionally, the campaign will provide substantial financial support to 700 small business owners across 34 local government areas in Katsina State, with assistance distributed monthly from June until the end of 2026. An online registration process will be implemented to prevent fraud and ensure proper verification of beneficiaries.
