Alhaji Moham Ndarani, a senatorial aspirant for Niger South in the 2027 general elections, has solicited royal blessings from traditional rulers in the region. During a courtesy visit to the Emir of Lapai, Alhaji Yusuf Nuhu, Ndarani outlined his vision for the zone and sought prayers and support for his candidacy.

He emphasized the need for candidates who understand the legislative process, stating that it is crucial for effective representation. The Emir expressed his support for Ndarani's approach and highlighted the importance of humility and respect for traditional institutions.

Other traditional leaders, including Alhaji Umar Bago Tafida III and Alhaji Suleiman Madami, also offered prayers for Ndarani's success. The visit included discussions on the significance of having knowledgeable representatives in the Senate to address the needs of the people effectively.
