NDC Commits to Field Credible Candidates for 2027 Elections

The National Democratic Coalition (NDC), under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Goddi Akpama, has expressed its commitment to field credible candidates for the upcoming 2027 elections.

In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Calabar, Akpama highlighted the party's recent growth, noting the involvement of prominent political figures such as Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso. He described the NDC as a growing political force that has gained momentum in the last 48 hours.

Akpama emphasized the party's dedication to providing credible leadership and aligning with key political figures to strengthen its national appeal. He also mentioned the importance of building unity among members and stakeholders to prevent internal crises.

The NDC aims to consolidate its base and position itself as a viable alternative political platform, ensuring that leadership positions are filled by capable candidates.
