Falz Urges Nigerians to Intensify Voting for 2027 Elections

Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, called on Nigerians to increase their participation in the upcoming 2027 general elections during an interview on Arise Television’s ‘Prime Time’ on Tuesday. He expressed concern that Nigerians are not sufficiently angry about political issues, stating, “We need to react more.” Falz emphasized that politicians aim to make citizens believe their votes do not matter, but he countered this by asserting that the best way to hold politicians accountable is through voting.

He pointed out that if votes did not matter, politicians would not engage in vote-buying or other manipulative tactics. Falz highlighted the significance of first-time voters and encouraged a collective movement towards a unified voting direction to prevent electoral fraud.

He expressed hope that more people would listen to this call for action and become engaged in the electoral process.
