Ondo Senator Olajide Ipinsagba Rejects Defeat Claims

Olajide Ipinsagba, the Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District, has publicly rejected claims of his defeat in the recent All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections. He is currently awaiting the official results, which have not yet been released by the party's national secretariat in Abuja.

During a press briefing coordinated by his media aide, Princ Adeyinka Ajagunna, Ipinsagba described the media reports suggesting the end of his political career as false and mischievous. He asserted that his political relevance in the Ondo North Senatorial District remains intact.

Ipinsagba highlighted his contributions since taking office in June 2023, including rural road projects, healthcare interventions, and educational support across six local government areas. He emphasized his commitment to youth empowerment and community development, assuring constituents that his service will continue regardless of the primary's outcome.
