Oyo APC Endorses Sharafadeen Alli for 2027 Gubernatorial Race

On Tuesday, Oyo APC leaders unanimously endorsed Sharafadeen Alli as their preferred gubernatorial candidate for the 2027 elections. The endorsement was announced during a stakeholders' meeting attended by various party leaders, including Chief Alarap Jolaoso and Chief Mose Adeyemo.

Leaders cited Alli's leadership qualities and widespread acceptance as key reasons for their support. Alli, who currently represents the Oyo South Senatorial District, emphasized his commitment to an inclusive administration that prioritizes development across the state.

He expressed profound gratitude for the overwhelming support from the people and pledged to ensure no community is left behind in governance. Additionally, Alli donated N10 million for a brand new 18-seater bus to enhance party operations, highlighting the need for improved logistics and coordination within the party.

Chief Adeyemo praised Alli's loyalty and dedication, noting that this gesture would significantly improve party engagement across Oyo State.
