Ebonyi NDC Denies Endorsement of PDP Candidate Odii

The Ebonyi State chapter of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially rejected claims that it is backing Chief Ifeanyi Odii, the candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2027 governorship election. Hon.

Enyinnaya Udensi, the chairman of the NDC in Ebonyi State, stated that the party is not involved in any purported endorsement of Odii. He emphasized that the NDC remains committed to its principles and has no intention of supporting any gubernatorial candidate.

Udensi also called on NDC members to avoid associating with individuals who no longer represent the party, particularly those who have been expelled due to financial impropriety. He urged the public to disregard any claims made by former members acting against the party's interests.

The NDC's stance is clear: it will not endorse any candidate from the PDP or any other party for the upcoming elections.
