Ebonyi Communities Endorse PDP Candidate Odii for 2027

On Wednesday, residents of various communities in Afikpo Local Government Area, Ebonyi State, endorsed Ifeanyichukwuma Odii as the governorship candidate for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in the upcoming gubernatorial elections scheduled for February 6, 2027. During the endorsement event, speakers highlighted Odii's necessary qualities, exposure, and experience as vital for transforming the fortunes of Ebonyi State.

Chinyer Nwele, the PDP woman leader in Ebonyi State, emphasized the importance of choosing a competent leader to avoid returning to ineffective governance. Maria Nwachi, a PDP senatorial candidate for the Ebonyi South zone, called on the public to support Odii and to prepare for the elections by obtaining their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).

Ewa Chukwumaijem, a PDP House Assembly candidate for Afikpo North West, and Iheukwumer Okogwu Otu, also urged the community to unite in support of Odii, stressing the need for experienced leadership to address the current challenges facing the state.
