Sowore Returns to Nigeria to Resume Presidential Campaign

Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), has returned to Nigeria from the United States after a visit where he reunited with his family following over 20 months of separation due to arrests, detentions, travel restrictions, and the seizure of his international passport by Nigerian security agencies. During his time in the United States, Sowore engaged with Nigerians in the Diaspora, supporters, activists, and other stakeholders, discussing the current state of Nigeria and promoting his revolutionary agenda for the #Sowore2027 presidential campaign.

He also participated in a significant international solidarity march for Palestine in New York and intensified his advocacy for voting rights for Nigerians living abroad, signaling his commitment to addressing issues affecting the Nigerian populace both domestically and internationally.
