Kwankwaso Predicts 2027 Nigerian Elections to Be Toughest Yet

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, a prominent figure in Nigerian politics and a member of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP), has forecasted that the 2027 elections in Nigeria will be the most challenging in the country's democratic history. In an interview with BBC Hausa, Kwankwaso emphasized the growing political consciousness among Nigerians and their determination to bring about change.

He highlighted the need for genuine transformation and urged citizens not to sell their votes. Kwankwaso, a former governor of Kano State, ranked fourth in the 2023 presidential election behind Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, and Peter Obi.
