Fintiri Launches Movement to Support Tinubu's 2027 Bid

On Saturday, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri formally announced the establishment of the Adamawa State Renew Hope 226 Movement (ARH226M) to champion the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027. Speaking in Yola during the APC state congress, Fintiri emphasized his commitment to ensuring Tinubu's victory, stating that the movement would "crush anyone" opposing the re-election bid.

The newly formed movement will have a structured leadership at the ward and state levels, with its inauguration scheduled for the following week. Fintiri highlighted the importance of grassroots mobilization, indicating that the movement would train members to effectively support Tinubu's candidacy.

The congress also saw the emergence of Hamza Bello as the new APC chairman in Adamawa State, who expressed gratitude to stakeholders and promised inclusive leadership. The former state APC chairman, Idris Shuaibu, praised Tinubu's economic policies and urged the newly elected party executives to work diligently to support Tinubu's campaign.
