APC Chieftain Praises Tinubu for Okoye's Campaign Role

Alhaji Saidu Ugohoh, a former governorship aspirant for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Comrade Fabian Ugochukwu Okoye as the Director of Civil Societies for the 2027 Presidential Campaign Council. Ugohoh described Okoye, who is a seasoned activist and currently serves as Special Adviser to the Kaduna State governor on research, documentation, and strategy, as a top-notch civil society expert.

He emphasized that Okoye's appointment is a strategic move that could challenge the opposition's organization and support. Ugohoh, who has previously worked with Okoye in the National Assembly, praised his commitment, competence, and extensive network.

He expressed confidence that the 2027 elections would be influenced by the Tinubu administration's performance in areas such as the economy and security. Ugohoh also urged stakeholders to prioritize the nation over politics and welcomed constructive criticism.
