ADC Claims Recent Polls Don't Predict 2027 Election Results

Mani Ahmad, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), expressed that the outcomes of the recent elections in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Rivers, and Kano are not reflective of what to expect in the 2027 general elections. In an interview on Tuesday, Ahmad responded to the results where the All Progressives Congress (APC) secured five area councils, while the People's Democratic Party (PDP) won in Gwagwalada area council.

He stated that anyone expecting the results from these elections to influence the 2027 elections would be surprised. Ahmad highlighted that significant efforts are underway to unify the party and develop a clear strategy to ensure electoral success in the future, emphasizing the importance of integrating experienced individuals within the party.
