Kano Governor Abba Yusuf Dismisses ADC's Power Aspirations

During a recent address, Kano Governor Abba Yusuf dismissed the African Democratic Congress (ADC), claiming it has no chance of attaining power at both national and state levels. His remarks were made in response to ADC's growing presence, particularly following a campaign event that attracted significant support.

Governor Yusuf urged citizens to ignore ADC's rhetoric, stating they would not even "smell" power. He expressed confidence in the All Progressives Congress (APC) to sweep the 2027 elections, highlighting improvements in the state's relationship with the federal government and the receipt of federal support.

Yusuf called on eligible voters to revalidate their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and ensure they register to vote. He praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his efforts in economic reform and infrastructure development, asserting that the APC would mobilize full support for Tinubu's re-election in 2027.
