Tinubu Renominates Shettima for 2027 Elections

Abdulrazak Namdas, a former member of the House of Representatives and director general of the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA), commended President Bola Tinubu's decision to retain Senator Kashim Shettima as the All Progressives Congress (APC) vice presidential candidate for the 2027 elections. In a statement made available to journalists in Abuja, Namdas described Shettima as a deserving and proud member of the APC, emphasizing his loyalty and competence.

He congratulated Shettima on his renomination and praised Tinubu for his wisdom and foresight in retaining Shettima as his running mate. Namdas stated that the Tinubu-Shettima administration has provided purposeful leadership and has renewed hope for the nation.

He expressed confidence that the APC would retain power in the 2027 elections, noting that the administration's efforts would be rewarded with a stronger electoral mandate. Namdas asserted that the party's ticket is formidable and capable of addressing the challenges facing Nigeria.
