Gov Mohammed Promises Fair Play for 2027 Elections

Governor Mohammed of Bauchi State announced his party's commitment to a fair electoral process ahead of the 2027 elections, stating, "We’ll neither rig nor allow our opponent rig us out." He urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure a transparent and credible electoral process. During a rally for party loyalists, he emphasized the importance of unity and commitment within the party, particularly in light of the competitive political landscape.

Mohammed confirmed the emergence of Yakubu Adamu as the state commission's candidate and Mahmood Abubakar as his running mate from the APM party. He acknowledged the need to strengthen unity within the party and expand their support base to achieve success in the upcoming elections.

The governor called for all party members to remain steadfast in their pursuit of a prosperous future for Bauchi State.
