APC Chieftain Backs Yari for Presidential Campaign Role

Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and Zamfara senatorial aspirant, expressed strong support for the appointment of Senator Abdulaziz Yari as the Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign. In a statement issued on Saturday in Gusau, Shinkafi highlighted Yari's extensive political achievements, emphasizing his grassroots connections and leadership qualities.

He commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for this strategic decision, describing Yari as a man of structure, unmatched experience, and proven loyalty. Shinkafi noted that the campaign council, led by Senator Yari, comprises individuals of integrity and that this appointment reflects a commitment to political inclusivity and competence.

He recounted Yari's political journey, which began from the grassroots in Zamfara State, where he served as the State Secretary and later as the State Chairman of the defunct All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP).
