214 Police Officers Promoted to ASP in Zamfara State

On a recent date, 214 police officers in Zamfara State were promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP). The promotion ceremony was overseen by the Zamfara State Police Commission, led by Commissioner of Police Ibrahim Balarab Maikaba.

During the event, CP Maikaba encouraged the newly promoted officers to re-dedicate themselves to serving the nation and to work diligently in combating insecurity within the state. He emphasized the importance of their roles in restoring peace and urged citizens to voluntarily inform the police about criminal activities to aid prompt responses.

The Inspector General of Police was commended for his unwavering support and commitment to the command, which CP Maikaba described as a moral booster for the officers.
