4DCure Triumphs at 2026 Swing Against Cancer Golf Tourney

Team 4DCure emerged victorious at the 2026 Swing Against Cancer Charity Golf Day tournament held at Ikoyi Club 1938 on a Friday, achieving a gross total of 88 stableford points. They outperformed their closest rival, Team Pepsi, which secured second place with 83 stableford points, while the defending champions, Team Sacvin, finished third with a score of 82 stableford points.

The tournament, organized by the Foundation Cancer Care, aimed to raise funds for cancer screening and treatment. Chairman Chumi Nwogu highlighted the significance of the event in promoting early detection of cancer, stressing that cancer should not be viewed as a death sentence.

He encouraged attendees to maintain a healthy diet and undergo regular screenings. Notable winners included Betti Idahosa for the ladies' nearest pin, Toni Esu for the men's nearest pin on hole 11, Ebosetal Okhueleigb for the longest drive for ladies, and Steve Muriithi for the longest drive for men on hole 9.
