Ikoyi Club to Host Charity Golf for Cancer Care

The Ikoyi Club is set to host the 4th Foundation for Cancer Care Charity Golf tournament on April 17, 2026. This 18-hole golf competition aims to raise funds to support cancer patients and promote awareness through screening initiatives.

The Foundation for Cancer Care (FCC), a non-governmental organization established in 2008 and led by Dr. Chukwumer Nwogu, focuses on bridging the gap for individuals who cannot afford high-cost cancer care.

The tournament will provide a unique platform for survivors, corporate organizations, and advocates to unite in the fight against cancer. The funds raised will contribute to purchasing mobile screening units to increase access to cancer screenings, particularly for breast, cervical, and prostate cancers.
