Nana Abubakar Promises Unique Hospitality for AACT 2026

With five days remaining until the 2026 All Africa Challenge Trophy (AACT), Nana Abubakar, Chairperson of the Catering and Refreshment Committee and Treasurer of the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria (LGAN), has assured participants of a rich Nigerian experience. The championship is scheduled for November 2 to 7 at the IBB International Golf and Country Club in Abuja.
Abubakar stated that the committee is focused on showcasing Nigeria's culinary heritage through local delicacies, cocktails, and entertainment. Provisions will be made for golfers during practice sessions and throughout the competition to ensure their comfort.
The hospitality package will commence upon visitors' arrival, including welcome packages and reception arrangements. The event aims to unite women golfers from across Africa under the theme “Uniting Africa Through the Greens,” while promoting Nigeria's tourism potential.
This will be Nigeria's third time hosting the AACT, following previous editions in 1996 and 2010.
