Abia State Trains 5,349 New Teachers for Modern Education Techniques

In Abia State, 5,349 newly recruited teachers underwent capacity training ahead of the September 22 school resumption. The training aimed to equip them with modern teaching techniques and ethical standards.

Commissioner Goodluck Ubochi emphasized the importance of effective service delivery in education. The training, organized by the government and ERIT, received positive feedback from participants like Ogechukwu Okonkwo.

Victor Oko and Friday Madu also commended the initiative, highlighting its significance in transforming the teaching profession. The training focused on promoting innovative learning strategies and classroom management.
