Court Strikes Out Suit Against INEC and Chief Udeze in Abuja

The Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed a suit brought by Chief Adekunle Omoaj against INEC and Chief Kenneth Udeze, seeking the publication of names on INEC's website. Omoaj's counsel applied to discontinue the suit, which was not objected to.

The court struck out the case but considered the constitutionality of the actions. The suit questioned the removal of Omoaj's name as the 2nd plaintiff in the Action Alliance party.

INEC was listed as the 1st defendant but was not represented in court.
