Court Strikes Out Lawsuit Against INEC Over Publication of Names

The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed Chief Adekunle Omoaje's lawsuit against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and Chief Kenneth Udeze. Omoaje sought an order directing INEC to publish his name on its website as the national chairman of the Action Alliance.

However, the court struck out the suit after Omoaje's counsel made an oral application to discontinue the case during a mention on Wednesday.
