Abba Tajudeen Wins APC Primary for Zaria Constituency

The Kaduna State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) announced the results of its primary elections, with Abba Tajudeen emerging as the unopposed candidate for the Zaria Federal Constituency, securing 930 votes. Yakubu Hosseini, the chairman of the House of Representatives primary election committee, confirmed the results at the APC state secretariat in Kaduna.

Other notable results included Samaila Abdul Suleiman winning the Kaduna North Federal Constituency with 3,049 votes, defeating Abdulaziz Abubakar Kaka, who received 65 votes. In the Kaura Federal Constituency, Benjamin Gugong triumphed over Donatu Mathieu with 1,085 votes against 255 votes.

The APC chairman, Atiku Sank, formally accepted the results, which were conducted in accordance with the party's constitutional guidelines. Sadiq Ango Abdullahi, son of elder statesman Prof.

Ango Abdullahi, also participated in the primaries, scoring 920 votes.
