ABC Transport PLC Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements Filing
ABC Transport PLC has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors will approve the 2026 Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements by written resolution. The approved financials are to be filed with the Exchange on or before 30 October 2026.
ABC Transport PLC (NGX: ABCTRANS) issued a regulatory notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 21 October 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will approve the 2026 Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (2026 Q3 UFS) for the period ended 30 September 2026 via written resolution.
The company stated that the approved 2026 Q3 UFS will be filed with the Exchange on or before 30 October 2026.
In line with the filing, ABC Transport has confirmed that a closed period for trading in the company's securities commenced on 1 October 2026. This closed period will expire twenty-four hours after the publication of the 2026 Q3 UFS on the Exchange.
During the closed period, all insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company. The notice was signed by the Company Secretary, Onyekachi C. Chigbo, Esq., on behalf of ABC Transport PLC, with registered offices at Km 5, MCC Road, Umuoba, Uratta, Owerri, Imo State.
