Ogun State Governor Abiodun Commits to Supporting Cancer Awareness Campaign

Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State promises budgetary support to enhance cancer awareness, early detection, and treatment programs across the state. The commitment was made during a meeting with a cancer awareness team in Abeokuta, where various stakeholders, including the wives of Imo State Governor and the Minister of Budget and National Planning, were present.

Abiodun emphasized the importance of early detection in saving lives and assured continued collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Plans to encourage companies to establish cancer awareness and treatment centers in the state were also disclosed.

The visit aimed to promote breast cancer awareness and partnership between Roch Healthcare and the Ogun State government.
