Access Holdings PLC H1 2026 Results May Be Delayed

Access Holdings Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of a potential delay in releasing its Interim Audited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2026. The delay is attributed to the ongoing finalisation of the audit process and the requirement to obtain Central Bank of Nigeria approval before publication.

Access Holdings Plc filed a corporate action notice dated August 14, 2026, informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of a potential delay in publishing its Interim Audited Financial Statements for the half-year period ended June 30, 2026.

According to the filing, two factors are responsible for the potential delay: the audit process has not yet been finalised, and the company is required to obtain approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) before the results can be released to the public.

The NGX has granted the company an extension of time, allowing it to file the results on or before September 30, 2026, conditional on receipt of the necessary regulatory approval from the CBN.

The company also reminded its insiders that a Closed Period — previously declared on transactions in Access Holdings securities — remains in effect. The Closed Period will only be lifted twenty-four hours after the results are formally published.

The notice was signed by Sunday Ekwochi, Company Secretary of Access Holdings Plc.
