Gaya Accuses APC of Undermining ADC's Growth

In an interview on Wednesday, former Kano State Governor Gaya, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), claimed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is actively working against the ADC's rise. He accused the ruling party of attempting to undermine the ADC, a sentiment he noted is echoed by other opposition parties.

Despite the challenges faced by the ADC, including leadership issues, Gaya expressed confidence in the party's prospects, highlighting the determination of its members. He emphasized the importance of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) maintaining neutrality and ensuring a fair and transparent electoral process.

Gaya called for the commission to act honestly and sincerely, providing a neutral platform for all political parties rather than favoring any particular group.
