ADC Urges Kwankwaso to Follow Due Process for Membership

The African Democratic Congress (ADC), under the leadership of Hon. Nafiu Bala Gomb, has called on Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, a prominent figure and former governor of Kano State, to adhere to proper procedures should he wish to join the party. Gomb expressed disappointment over Kwankwaso's recent departure from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) to join a coalition of political power brokers, labeling them as "political mongers." The ADC firmly stated its commitment to democratic values and the welfare of Nigerians, asserting that the party is not for sale and cannot be exploited for individual political ambitions.

Gomb urged Kwankwaso to reconsider his approach to joining the ADC through legitimate and transparent means, warning against associating with individuals who do not respect democracy or the general public's interests. The ADC's leadership emphasized the importance of following due process in political affiliations.
