ADC Urges INEC to Remain Neutral Amid Leadership Dispute

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) issued a press statement signed by Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, praising the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) for its intervention in an ongoing leadership dispute within the party. The ADC reiterated its long-held claim that there has been a breach of law regarding the party's internal matters.

The statement highlighted the NBA's warning against the abuse of court processes and the invalidity of arguments attempting to challenge the party's leadership in court, citing a lack of jurisdiction over internal political party affairs.
