ADC's Ogbodo Advocates for Strong National Leadership

Kene Ogbodo, a prominent leader of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Enugu State, declared the party's readiness to become a formidable national platform aimed at rescuing Nigeria from poor leadership. In a press statement released on Friday, Ogbodo expressed optimism that under the leadership of Senator David Mark, the ADC would restore hope to Nigerians.

He highlighted the significance of the recent National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, which set the stage for a nationwide congress culminating in a national convention scheduled for April 14, 2026. Ogbodo emphasized the party's commitment to internal democracy and the need for a transparent electoral process.

He noted the current hardships faced by citizens, attributing them to years of leadership failures and policy inconsistencies. Ogbodo called for a new political culture that prioritizes service to the people and aims to empower citizens, stating that the ADC is prepared to mobilize support and provide credible alternatives for Nigerians.
