Gov Otu Slams ADC as Distraction, Pledges People First Administration

Governor Otu of Calabar labeled members of the ADC as "kwashiorkor politicians," accusing them of being distractions to Nigeria's progress. Otu received an endorsement from a repentant member of the Defence Force for his 2027 bid.

He dismissed the ADC as a group of detractors aiming to hinder Nigeria's development, likening them to a gathering that drags the country back into hardship. Otu also criticized the Peoples Democratic Party, calling them another sickly group incapable of leading Nigeria forward.

Despite this, Otu emphasized that his People First administration would uphold democratic values, including freedom of association and expression.
