ADC Inaugurates Committee for Deputy Gov Candidate in Benue

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Benue State has inaugurated a committee to select a deputy governorship candidate for the forthcoming general elections. The committee was inaugurated by Peter Chirzenden on behalf of the party chairman.

Herman Hemb, a former member of the House of Representatives for the Konshisha/Vandeikya Federal Constituency, is the party's governorship candidate. The committee's criteria for selecting a running mate include integrity, democratic values, and the ability to contribute to the party's progress.

Hemb emphasized the importance of selecting a candidate who is not only a running mate but also someone who will actively contribute to the party's development. The committee members, including Okp Onah, Steve Onuh, Rose Ameh, Ogah Okwu, David Salifu, Jack Mulya, Abej Egwa, and Alex Igw, have been given until June 20 to submit their report.
