Blossom Chukwujekwu Welcomes First Child After Four Years

After four years of marriage, Nollywood actor Blossom Chukwujekwu and his wife, Pastor Ehinom Chukwujekwu, welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Angela Ritsa Evanna Chukwujekwu. The couple has not publicly explained the timeline of their wait for a child nor addressed the announcement directly.

The birth was revealed through a post by the Christ Embassy Church in Lagos, which drew a wave of congratulatory messages from fans and colleagues. Blossom Chukwujekwu's previous marriage to Maureen Esisi ended in separation in September 2019 without children.

Ehinom is a member of the church's leadership, marking a fresh start for the couple. Blossom, who made his acting debut in 2009, won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 2015 Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards for his role in "Knock Knock." The couple's announcement comes amidst several Nigerian celebrities becoming parents this year.
