Court Adjourns Ed Asenoguan's Cyberstalking Trial to 2026

The Federal High Court in Benin City has adjourned the cyberstalking trial of Ed Asenoguan, the former chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Benin branch, until April 13, 2026. The adjournment was granted to enable the parties to explore a possible court settlement regarding the charges filed against Asenoguan.

Afolabi, SAN, representing the complainant, Mr. Franci Omoruyi Oloton, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Uyi Technical Company Ltd.
