Gabriel James Launches AI Book for Data Analysts

Gabriel James, a Lagos-based data analyst and technology entrepreneur, has authored a book titled "The AI-Powered Data Analyst," published by Packt Publishing, which is available for pre-order ahead of its launch in January 2027. The book aims to assist data professionals in integrating AI tools into their workflows, reflecting James's experience in building and teaching data skills in Africa.

He began his career in data analytics in 2022 and has worked with three U.S.-based digital technology companies: Udacity, Educative, and Lighthall. James has enrolled over 300 learners and contributed to global software platforms.

He founded Carbud, an AI-powered car super app for Nigerian motorists, offering various automotive services. Additionally, he runs BlackPythonLovers, a free Telegram community teaching Python programming to Nigerians on a voluntary basis.

His experiences demonstrate the potential of African technology professionals in building businesses and serving international clients from Nigeria.
