Aigboje Advocates for Recognition of Public Servants

Aigboje reflects on the significance of recognizing exceptional public servants in Nigeria, sharing his experience from a 2022 Federal Civil Service Awards Ceremony where he felt the cash prizes were inadequate. He donated NGN500,000.00 to each awardee, leading to the establishment of an award in memory of his mother, aimed at preserving her values of integrity, compassion, and discipline.

This initiative has evolved over five years into a motivation for public servants, countering the negative perception of the civil service. Aigboje stresses that true leadership is demonstrated through impact rather than rank, advocating for the identification and empowerment of proactive individuals within the civil service.
