Air Peace seeks legal action against Smartlynx for fraudulently obtaining advance payments and disrupting operations, resulting in significant financial losses.

The court has issued an order against Smartlynx, following Air Peace's legal proceedings. Nowel Ngala, Air Peace's Chief Commercial Officer, highlighted the disruptions caused by Smartlynx's withdrawal of aircraft from Air Peace's fleet, necessitating alternative arrangements to ensure continued convenience for Nigerian passengers.
