Ajabor Wins MTN Golf Classic, Secures Open Ticket

Ochad Ajabor, a member of Rumuokwurushi Golf Club, emerged as the overall winner of the MTN Prestige Golf Classic held at the Port Harcourt Club Golf Section, scoring the highest points of 43 during the tournament. This victory awarded him a free ticket to attend the 154th Open at Royal Birkdale in Southport, Merseyside, later this year.

The two-day event commenced with a welcome cocktail on Friday and concluded with a dinner on Saturday night, attracting participants from various golf clubs and notable business leaders. Ifeanyi Udom, the General Manager of MTN Nigeria for the South-South region, explained that the tournament aimed to connect customers with their passion for golf while showcasing MTN's products and services.

Ajabor expressed his elation at winning, describing the experience as wonderful and rewarding. He emphasized the importance of enjoying the game and the friendships formed through golf.
