Georg Ojemen Wins MTN Prestige Golf Classic Finale

Georg Ojemen emerged as the champion at the MTN Prestige Golf Classic Grand Finale, which took place on May 29, 2026, at the golf section of Ikoyi Club 1938 in Lagos. Ojemen secured the top prize, surpassing competitors Bolanle Iyamu and Sey Ogunsina.

The tournament was designed to reward premium custom support for sports development in Nigeria. Afolabi Balogun, the golf captain of Ikoyi Club 1938, noted that the golf platform strengthens corporate relationships and promotes a healthy lifestyle among executives.

The multi-city format of the competition helps expand the sport across the country and provides amateur golfers with opportunities to compete on different courses.
