Alaafin of Oyo Vows Full Support for NDLEA's Anti-Drug Campaign

Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Abimbola Owoad, visited the NDLEA headquarters in Abuja and promised full support to the agency's Chairman, Brig. Gen.

Moham Buba Marwa (Rtd), in the fight against substance abuse. The Alaafin, along with other traditional rulers, expressed readiness to collaborate with NDLEA to combat drug abuse in the country.

The visit aimed to strengthen efforts to curb substance abuse and illicit drug trafficking, leveraging the influence of traditional rulers at the local level. The NDLEA chairman commended Alaafin's commitment and emphasized the importance of community involvement in tackling drug-related issues.
