Alert Group Targets N180bn Loan Disbursement by 2026

Alert Group has unveiled plans to disburse N180 billion in loans by the end of the 2026 financial year, following a reported N130 billion for the 2025 financial year. This announcement was made during an exclusive media chat at the company's headquarters in Lagos, led by Group Chief Executive Officer Dr.

Olarewaju Kazeem and senior leadership team members. The group aims to increase its total assets to N250 billion by the end of 2026 and plans to establish at least 15 additional branches across six geopolitical zones.

The new national license from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) will enhance the company's market penetration and allow it to serve a broader customer base, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises. The group reported a significant growth in total assets from N63 billion to N90 billion within the first three months of the year, with a gross loan portfolio increase from N50 billion to N64 billion.

The bank's shareholding fund rose from N3 billion to N7.7 billion, reflecting investor confidence.
