Alleged terrorist party: Canadian judge ignoramus – APC fires back

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has criticized a Canadian judge, Justice Phuong Ngo, for labeling the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as a terrorist organization. The ruling came after the Canadian court denied asylum to a former PDP member, Douglas Egharevba, based on his affiliation with the party.

The APC described the judge as an ignoramus and dismissed the ruling as racist and narrow-minded. Senator Ajibola Basiru, a spokesperson for the APC, emphasized that the party is a credible democratic organization and criticized the judge for allowing unpatriotic Nigerians to tarnish the country's reputation.

The APC called for the judgment to be reconsidered, highlighting the need for a fair and unbiased assessment of political parties in asylum cases.
