ADC Youths Demand Amupitan's Resignation in 74-Hour Ultimatum

Youth members of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) have issued a 74-hour ultimatum demanding the resignation of Amupitan, the party's leadership figure. This ultimatum was announced during a peaceful protest in Katsina State, led by Jamilu Yahaya, who emphasized the need for urgent action from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) regarding grievances related to the party's leadership.

The protest took place along Daura Road, culminating at the INEC office in Katsina State, where a formal letter was submitted to the Resident Electoral Commissioner. The ADC youth expressed concerns over INEC's recent actions, which they believe undermine constitutional order and could affect the preparations for the ADC's upcoming national convention.

They have called for INEC to restore its official portal and issue a public apology, warning that failure to address these concerns could lead to further civic actions across the country.
